Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Naked Mom! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand provider. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to production. This typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current demand. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner used. On average, estimated shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volume (especially around holidays).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected products, and the fulfillment partner’s rates.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.


International Shipping

We do ship internationally! However, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue quickly and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
