Refund policy

Because all Naked Mom Apparel is made to order using a print-on-demand process, we do not hold inventory and do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if the product is clearly flawed.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at regandanielleg@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering)

  • Changes of mind after the order is placed

  • Shipping delays once the order is in transit
